AWARDS
ECTP Lifetime Award
The Award is intended:
-
To honour outstanding scientific work in any field of research on thermophysical properties
-
To encourage efforts which help to understand and make it possible to predict the thermophysical properties of matter
-
To underline the importance attributed by the scientific community and by industry to the broadening of our knowledge about the thermophysical properties of matter
Nominations are invited for the ECTP Lifetime Award in recognition of well-defined original scientific achievements in thermophysics over a long period of activity. The application can be made either personally or by a (some) sponsor(s). Each nomination should be accompanied by a brief biography, a list of significant publications and a description of professional achievements in thermophysics. Please add 1-2 letter(s) of recommendation from influential members of the thermophysics community detailing the specific reasons for the nomination.
