The abstract submission closes on APRIL 30, 2023. 

 

Notification of abstract acceptance will be sent to the corresponding author not later than MAY 15, 2023.

 

Each abstract accepted for inclusion in the conference program requires at least one author to be registered for the Conference not later than JULY 15, 2023. 

Please note that the deadline for early bird registrations is  JUNE 15, 2023. 

 

1. Download the ECTP 2023 ABSTRACT TEMPLATE

2. Make sure you have a final and fully reviewed version of your abstract before submitting it

3. Save your file in PDF format 

4. Fill the submission form (all fields are mandatory), upload your PDF abstract and send it. Keywords are to be selected from here

5. You will receive a confirmation email including your ABSTRACT ID which you will need upon when registering for the Conference

The registration fee covers maximum 2 abstracts; a second abstract can be sent at no additional cost by using the same procedure.
